TEX MEX CORNBREAD 
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. creamed corn
1 sm. can green chili peppers, cut in sm. pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8" square baking pan. Mix cornmeal and baking soda in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Blend well. Spoon into the baking pan. Bake about 45 minutes. NOTE: A smaller amount of chili peppers may be used to change degree of hotness.
