OVEN OMELET 
12 slices bacon
6 slices cheese
8 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk

Fry bacon and drain well. Chop half of bacon and leave half in strips. Butter bottom of 8-inch cake or pie pan. Arrange cheese in bottom of pan. Beat eggs and milk. Add chopped bacon. Pour over cheese. Top with remaining bacon strips.

Bake for 30 minutes in 350°F oven.

COOK'S NOTE: To ease morning preparation, cook bacon the night before.
