FLYING FARMERS SALAD 
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. diced celery
5 c. cooked, chunk chicken
3 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. green grapes
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. slivered almonds
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix all. Let stand overnight. Serves 15.
