SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. vanilla 1 can blueberry pie filling 1/3 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. granulated sugar 1/4 c. chopped nuts Cream butter and sugar until light. Add eggs (one at a time). Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda. To the creamed mixture, add the sifted ingredients alternately with the sour cream and vanilla. Spread half the batter into a 9 x 9 inch pan. Cover with blueberry pie filling. Spread rest of batter on top. Mix together the brown sugar, granulated sugar and nuts. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. |
