SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. country sausage
5 eggs
6 slices bread, crusts removed
2 c. Half and Half
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
butter, softened

Cook sausage over medium heat until done, stirring to crumble well. Drain and set aside. Spread each slice of bread with butter and cut into cubes. Place bread cubes in a 13 x 9 inch baking pan and sprinkle with sausage then top with cheese. Combine the remaining ingredients, beating well and pour over mixture in baking pan. Chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Serves 6.
