PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. milk
Generous 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, defrosted

Beat together first 4 ingredients until very creamy. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust and garnish with slivered chocolate or chopped peanuts. Chill 6 hours or more.

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 stick (4 tbsp.) butter, melted

Blend together, press firmly on bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Chill.
