LIVER 'N BEANS 
4 slices of bacon
1 1/2 lbs. liver, cut in thin bite size pieces
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 can condensed tomato soup
3/4 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen French cut green beans

In skillet cook bacon. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons grease. Dust liver with flour. Brown in bacon grease drippings. Add soup, water, beans and garlic salt. Cover. Cook over low heat 20 minutes or until tender. Garnish with bacon. Serves 6.
