L.'S CHICKEN AND SPINACH 
3 lbs. chicken breasts
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can tomato soup
Onions
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese

Half cook chicken at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Half cook spinach. In baking pan put spinach on bottom, onions, 1/2 cheese, grated. chicken off the bone, salt and pepper, rest of cheese.

SAUCE:

Tomato soup
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter

In a pan, combine tomato soup and flour. Thicken, add butter. Let cool. Then add sour cream. Pour over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
