CORN SOUP WITH SHRIMP 
1 lb. shrimp
1 1/2 c. corn
1 pt. whole tomatoes
1/4 c. oil
4 tbsp. flour
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
Red pepper
Salt to taste
Parsley

Make roux with flour and oil. Add onions and bell pepper to saute. Add tomatoes. Simmer 30 minutes. Add shrimp and corn. Cook 15 minutes. Add parsley and serve.
