RHUBARB CAKE 
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. & 1 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
3 c. finely cut rhubarb
1/2 c. cinnamon red hots
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together in sections. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
