SUSAN'S APPLE PIE 
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
5 c. sliced apples
1 deep dish pie crust

In large bowl blend egg, sour cream, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, mix well. Stir in apple slices. Pour into unbaked crust.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour

Mix topping ingredients together. Crumble half of topping over pie. Bake 1/2 hour at 400 degrees. Crumble remaining topping over pie; bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until apples are done.
