PINEAPPLE SOUR CREAM PIE 
1 lg. (3 c. size) instant vanilla pudding (do not add milk)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 carton (1 lb.) sour cream
1/2 pkg. shredded coconut

Mix vanilla pudding, pineapple, sour cream and coconut in large bowl. Pour into a baked pie crust and chill.
