LEMONADE CAKE | |
CAKE: 1 pkg. lemon cake mix 1 sm. pkg. lemon gelatin 4 eggs 3/4 c. water 3/4 c. oil LEMONADE ICING: 1 sm. can frozen lemonade 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar Mix together all cake ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. After baking, perforate the top of the cake all over with a fork. Mix icing ingredients together and ice the cake while it's still warm, or soon as it comes from the oven. |
