LEMONADE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. sour cream
6 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed)
3 oz. cream cheese (softened)
3 eggs

FROSTING:

1 can vanilla frosting
1 tsp. lemon peel

In large bowl combine all ingredients at low speed until moistened. Beat at low speed for 2 minutes. Spoon into 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool.

Combine frosting with lemon peel. Frost cake.
