CORN IN SOUR CREAM 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. water
1 c. sour cream
2 c. cooked, canned or frozen corn

Saute onion and green pepper in butter in saucepan. Add flour, salt and pepper and mix well. Add water and sour cream and stir until thickened. Use medium heat for cooking. Add corn and stir until the corn is heated through. Serve at once. Yield 4 servings.
