CREAMED CORN CASSEROLE 
3 cans white corn
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Melt butter and stir in flour. Let cool. Add whipping cream (not whipped) and corn; mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Put in casserole dish and bake at 300 to 350 degrees for 25 to 40 minutes. Stir occasionally. Casserole is ready when edges start to brown.
