CORN WITH CREAM CHEESE 
3 c. corn, frozen or canned
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley, optional
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. white pepper

Cook corn per package directions. Combine milk, cream cheese, butter, salt and pepper in a saucepan. Add corn and heat. Garnish with parsley. Yield: 6 servings.
