RASPBERRY STEAM PUDDING 
2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk

Stir and roll out. Put raspberries over dough. Put sugar and butter over raspberries. Roll up in roll and fold in edges. Steam 1 hour and 20 minutes. May use apples. For topping, cream unbeaten sugar and nutmeg in cream. Pour on.
