1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. flour

SAUCE:

1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cream or milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together egg, sugar, milk, butter, cocoa, cream of tartar, baking soda and flour. Steam 1 hour - greased mold (small coffee can works).

For sauce, mix egg and sugar. Mix in cream or milk and vanilla. Pour sauce over cake. Very Rich.
