1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, thawed
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
3 green onions
1 c. Velveeta cheese, melted
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
seasoned salt to taste
garlic to taste

Mix all ingredients and serve with your choice of bread pieces, raw vegetable or crackers.
