TOOTSIE ROLLS 
2 tbsp. butter
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
3 c. sifted powdered sugar
3/4 c. dry milk
1/2 c. light syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend butter and syrup. Stir in chocolate and vanilla. Combine sugar and dry milk. Add to syrup mixture gradually. Stir and knead until thoroughly blended. Form into rolls and cut into 1 inch pieces. Wrap in wax paper.
