TOOTSIE ROLLS 
2 sq. melted chocolate or 1/3 c. cocoa
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. powdered milk
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

In a large bowl put the powdered sugar, cocoa, powdered milk. Mix well. Add butter, syrup and vanilla. Mix and blend with hands and knead until pliable. Roll up in a piece of wax paper and twist each end. Keep cool in refrigerator.
