1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate, or mint chocolate chips or butterscotch chips
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
4 c. chow mein noodles (thin)
Sm. bag of M&M peanuts

Melt chips and peanut butter in double boiler or microwave. When completely melted, fold in chow mein noodles and evenly coat. Drop golf ball size clusters on cookie sheets covered with wax paper. Put 3 M&M'S® in center (push in to look like a nest). Sprinkle some coconut on each one. Put in refrigerator and let cool until firm.
