BIRD NEST COOKIES 
1 bag chocolate chips
1 bag mini marshmallows
16 oz. jar creamy peanut butter
2 cans Chinese noodles

Melt chocolate chips over double boiler. Add peanut butter and melt. Add marshmallows and melt. Put both cans of noodles in a very large bowl. Pour over melted mixture, very quickly. Mix together with spatula until all noodles are covered. Spoon large clusters onto cookie sheet and cool. When solidified, ready to serve.

This is also excellent at Easter. Shape each cluster by using a spoon and making indent in center... when it becomes solid... put a few colored jelly beans in center this will look like colored Easter eggs. Kids love it.
