NO CRUST PIZZA 
1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
1 c. bread crumbs, soft
1 beaten egg
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
5 1/2 oz. pizza sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
Mozzarella cheese

Add enough water to mushroom liquid to equal 1/3 cup. Add in bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Let stand 5 minutes. Add ground beef, oregano, half the mushrooms. Mix in a 9" pie plate, form a meat crust. Top with layer of Mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, onion, green pepper and remaining mushrooms. Dash with oregano. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Top with cheese, bake 5 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
