HOT TEA PUNCH (RUSSIAN TEA) 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 (2 inch) stick cinnamon
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 c. boiling water
3 tea bags
1/2 c. pineapple juice

Combine sugar, 1/2 cup water and cinnamon in saucepan. Boil 5 minutes, then remove the cinnamon stick. Add orange, lemon and pineapple juice; keep hot. Place tea bags in boiling water; steep 5 minutes. Combine tea and fruit mixture. Serve hot. Makes 6-8 servings.
