AWARD - WINNING KING'S SOLOMON'S MINE PIE | |
3 lg. SNICKERS® bars 2 tbsp. milk 3 5/8 oz. pkg vanilla pudding - pie mix 1 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. Cool Whip 2 bananas 2 tbsp. lemon juice 9 inch graham cracker crust mix (baked) 1 c. Spanish peanuts In sauce pan combine candy and 2 tablespoons milk. Melt over low heat, stirring. Prepare crust according to directions; adding 1/3 cup crushed peanuts to mix. Prepare pudding using 1 1/2 cup of milk. Cool slightly. Divide pudding into two bowls. Fold melted candy into one bowl of pudding. Fold Cool Whip into remaining bowl. Slice bananas into a small bowl; toss with lemon juice. Place 1/3 bananas on the bottom of crust. Add 1/3 cup peanuts. Spoon melted candy and pudding over bananas and peanuts. Place 1/3 cup of bananas on top with remaining 1/3 cup peanuts. Spoon Cool Whip and pudding on top. Garnish with remaining bananas. Chill until ready to serve. Serves 8 ladies or 3 men. |
