2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. safflower oil
1 c. white sugar
2 lg. eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Cream together oil, sugar, eggs. Add mashed bananas to creamed mixture. Add vanilla. Mix flour and banana mixture together. Stir in walnuts. Pour into greased loaf tins.

Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/4 hours until done.
