CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine dry ingredients. Add milk, oil and vanilla; stir until smooth. Pour into an ungreased 8 x 8 inch pan.

Combine:

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa powder
1 1/2 c. boiling water

Pour liquid mixture evenly over batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Best when served with ice cream!
