CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE
(MICROWAVE)
 
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Sift together into mixing bowl the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk, melted butter, vanilla, and nuts. Pour into 9x9 inch pan.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/4 c. water

Pour topping over batter. Do not stir. Bake in microwave on high 9-11 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
