SPINACH LASAGNE | |
Lasagne noodles, uncooked 32 oz. Ragu (Homestyle) 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese 15 oz. Ricotta 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 10 oz. chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed out 2 eggs Combine Ricotta, Parmesan cheese, spinach, and eggs. Layer sauce in bottom of pan to cover, noodles (raw), cheese mixture, Mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 sauce. Repeat. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Cover with buttered aluminum foil. Cook at 375 degrees for 1 hour. |
