HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
4 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tsp. grated onions
4 c. diced cooked chicken
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. sliced almonds
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt to taste
Potato chips

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Blend together mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion and salt. Mix lightly with chicken, celery and almonds. Spoon into 13 x 9 inch pan. Smooth top.

Sprinkle with cheese. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake preheated oven 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned and cheese is bubbly.
