1 c. crushed graham crackers 1 box confectioners' sugar 1/2 c. peanut butter 1 c. butter 1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips Combine first 2 ingredients in bowl. Melt peanut butter and 3/4 cup butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Add to crumb mixture, mixing well. Spread in 8 x 8 inch pan. Melt 1/4 cup butter with chocolate chips in saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Spread over peanut butter layer. Chill until firm. Cut into 1 inch squares. Yield: 64 small servings. |
