EASY GOING CAKE 
CAKE:

1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, undrained
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 egg

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Combine first 6 ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour into 9x13 inch baking pan. Make topping and sprinkle on top. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees; top should be slightly brown.
