MEXICALI TACO SALAD 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans
1/4 lb. Mexican cheese with jalapeno peppers
1 tsp. chili powder
3 c. shredded cheese
1 c. chopped tomatoes
2 c. crushed corn or tortilla chips
1/4 c. French dressing

Brown meat; drain. Add onion and cook until tender. Add beans, cheese and chili powder. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted. Combine meat mixture and all remaining ingredients. Toss lightly.
