MEXICAN CHOCOLATE 
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water
4 c. milk
Whipped cream

Heat first 7 ingredients to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 4 minutes. Stir in milk; beat with mixer until foamy. Top with whipped cream.
