SCALLOP POTATOES 
4 lg. potatoes, sliced thin
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
2 1/4 c. low fat milk
Salt, pepper, onion powder to taste

Grease 2 quart casserole dish. Alternate first 3 ingredients making 3 layers. Pour milk over the top. Cover dish until bubbling. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
