CHEESE CAKE 
2 lg. (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream the cheese until smooth before adding other ingredients. Use electric or hand beater with other ingredients. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

CRUST:

1/3 lb. graham crackers, rolled until crushed and smooth
1/4 lb. melted butter

Mix together and press into pie pan. Pour in filling. Bake exactly 20 minutes. When cool, place in refrigerator. Serve cold.
