CREAM CHEESE PIE (LOW-CAL) 
1 lb. smooth cottage cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
6 pkgs. Sweet-N-Low

Measure 1/3 cup pineapple juice taken from a can of pineapple juice. Soften 1 envelope of Knox unflavored gelatin in juice and add to cheese mixture. Measured 3/4 cup drained pineapple to cheese mixture. Pour into pie plate, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Cool and refrigerate. Divide into 6 pieces.
