LOW - CAL STRAWBERRY PIE 
9 inch baked pie shell or cookie crumb crust
1 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. sugar-free strawberry Jello
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Approximately 1 qt. strawberries, rinsed & halved

Cook sugar, water and cornstarch until thick. Add Jello. Pour over berries in baked shell. Chill until set.
