CHEESECAKE 
1 lb. smooth cottage cheese
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. cornstarch
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1 pt. sour cream

Grease springform pan. In large mixing bowl blend cheeses on high until creamy. Blend in sugar, then eggs. Reduce to low. Add cornstarch, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Add melted butter and sour cream. Blend.

Pour into prepared pan. Bake in a slow oven, 325 degrees. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until firm. Turn off oven and let stand in oven 2 hours. Remove and cool. Chill and carefully remove from pan.
