OLD FASHIONED CHEESE CAKE 
1 lb. cottage cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. cornstarch
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 pt. sour cream
Graham cracker crust, made as directed on pkg.

Grease, then dust 10-inch springform pan with graham cracker crumbs. Blend cottage cheese; add cream cheese, beat until creamy. Add sugar, then eggs at low speed. Blend the rest of the ingredients. Add to cheese mixture and blend together. Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 70 minutes, or until edges are firm.

Leave in oven for 2 hours after baking. Chill, then remove sides. Enjoy it plain or with cherry, strawberry, blueberry, or pineapple pie filling topping!
