GREEK DRESSING 
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon Equal® Spoonful*
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup (2 oz.) crumbled feta cheese

Combine all ingredients, stirring with a wire whisk, until blended. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Use as a dressing for mixed salad greens, vegetable or pasta salads.

* May substitute 1-1/2 packets sweetener.
