BAHAMIAN FISH CHOWDER | |
2 tbsp. oil 2 cloves chopped garlic 2 c. peeled tomatoes 2 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 tsp. curry powder 1/2 tsp. Tabasco 1 lb. skinless cod, cut into 1" cubes Heat oil, add onions and garlic. Cook 5 minutes. Add curry and cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes, Tabasco and water. Simmer 15 minutes. Add cod and cook 5 minutes. |
