BECKY'S CHEESE NOODLE OMELET | |
Great alone or with sausage or ham. 3 cups noodles, cooked according to pkg. directions 1 small chopped onion 1 cup (2 sticks) butter 6 eggs 1/4 cup water 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese salt and pepper, to taste Sauté onion and butter until onions are soft. Add cooked noodles and mix. In another bowl beat eggs, water and cheese. Mix into noodle mixture. Cook over medium heat until eggs are set. Serve immediately. Submitted by: Becky Daugherty |
