CHILI CHEESE OMELET 
1 sm. can chopped green chili
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
4 tsp. cream
Cooked bacon or sausage

Line bottom of 6x10 inch greased baking dish with chopped green chili. Cover with generous layer of grated Cheddar cheese. Beat eggs with cream, salt and pepper. Pour over cheese. Add crumbled bacon or sausage. Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into squares and serve at once.
