8 oz. cream cheese, softened
10 slices (1/2 lb.) thinly sliced ham
10 slices American cheese
Mustard

Spread each ham slice with cream cheese, top with cheese slice and spread with mustard. Roll up and chill. Before serving, slice each roll into 5 pieces. Serve with toothpicks. Makes 4 dozen appetizers.
