LINGUINE WITH WHITE CLAM SAUCE 
1 lb. linguine
1 can baby clams
2 cloves garlic
6 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp. butter (optional)

Gently heat olive oil and add garlic, finely minced. Cook slowly 2 to 3 minutes. Add clam juice, reserving clams and soy. Cook 5 minutes very slowly, covered. Before serving, add clams and parsley and heat through. Do not over cook or clams will toughen. Toss linguine with butter, if desired, and serve with clam sauce. Italian bread and salad are all you need to add for a great meal.
