LINGUINE WITH WHITE CLAM SAUCE | |
1/4 c. butter 1 med. onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 20 minced fresh clams and juice 1/4 c. white wine 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce 1 (8 oz.) pkg. linguine, cooked Melt butter in heavy saucepan. Add onion and garlic. Saute until soft but not brown. Stir in flour until bubbly. Add all remaining ingredients and cook, do not boil, for 15 minutes. Serve over linguine. |
