1 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. cake flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream eggs, sugar and vanilla. mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Fold in whipping cream. Bake in 2 round or 1 oblong cake pan at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
